He is survived by: his daughter Ashley Mae Sarlouis; his son-in-law Chris Sarlouis; his stepson John Lock; his mother Shirley Perkins; his grandchildren, Bryce Lock, Brelyn Lock, Brystol Lock and Christopher "C. J." Sarlouis, Jr.; and his brothers-in-law, Wesley Lock (Alcorn), Larry Alcorn and Gail Lock.
