He is survived by: his wife Martha Theis; his children, Dennis Theis (Sandra) of Shellby, NC, Michael Theis of Findlay, OH, Kathy Pahl of Findlay, OH and Debra Sue Smith (Brian) of Findlay, OH; his adoptive sons, Harvey Spencer (Nicki) of Old Town, FL and William Welch (Julie) of Williston, FL; his stepsons, John Pendergrass (Kathy), Dwayne Pendergrass (Rusty), Ronny Pendergrass (Yvonne), Charles Pendergrass (Maria), Shane Flohe (Amy) and Robert Theis; and his siblings, Richard Theis (Ruth) of Shellby, NC and Jo Ann Howe (John) of Washington, D. C.. He is also survived by 36 grandchildren, 44 great grandchildren, 8 great-great grandchildren and other extended family.
