He was predeceased by: his parents, Ollie Dampier and Cora Dean Grubbs; his daughter Carolyn Dampier; and his sisters, Dorothy Seay, Josephine Birch and Joyce Ann Mincks.
He is survived by: his children, Ronnie of Worthington Springs, Timmy Dampier of Worthington Springs, Carol of Old Town, Bo of Old Town and Robin Dampier of Old Town; and his siblings, Mary of Lake Butler, Pauline of Lake Butler, Shirley Ann of Lake Butler, Delbert, Roy of Winter Haven, Marcus of Poe City, Retha of Auburndale, Charlotte and Reba of Lakeland. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
