She was predeceased by: her parents, Mose Smith and Allie Smith; her husband Richard Osteen; her daughter Jodi Osteen; her grandchildren, Michelle Matthews and James Long, Jr.; and her siblings, Mose "William" Smith, Jack Smith, Pencie Smith, Unice Smith and Voncile Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Mose Baldree, Terry Baldree (Melanie), Robert Baldree, James Long (Jessica), Vickie Matthews (Charles) and Debbie Cooper (Keith). She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren, and other extended family.
