He was predeceased by: his parents, Delbert Odis and Emma Irene Smith Collins; and his daughter Sherry Parsons. He is survived by: his children, Delbert O. Collins, III, Betty Parker (Tony), Ernie C. Collins, Charlie Collins (Wendy), Jeremy Collins (Tabitha), Cheryl Weeks, Crystal Valentin, Shawn Weeks and Frankie Weeks; his grandchildren, Dillon, Joyce, Waylon, Trevor, Angel (Autmn), Brittany, Corabell, Emmanuel, Keyanna, Breyanna, Anthony, Mason, Zoe, Eden, Isaiah and Tegan; and his great grandchildren, Gianna and Dillon, Jr.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Raiguel Funeral Home (1200 E Main St, Harrisville, WV 26362). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
