He is survived by: his spouse Tammy Lewis; his children, Scott Lewis (Lisa), John Lewis (Katie), Lonnie Perry (Lissett), Joe Johnson, Lora Acker (Grant) and Melissa Johnson; his stepdaughters, Mary Rhodes (Blaine), Katie Boyington (Mathew) and Jamie Boyington (Luis); and his siblings, Bob Lewis, Billy Lewis, Connie Simmons, Linda Ligman, Vicki Gray and Shirley Huber. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren, and other extended family.
