He is survived by: his parents, Lloyd Osteen and Ruby Osteen; his wife Janet Osteen; his children, Jake Hooper, David Osteen Toro (Angel), Jacob Osteen, Heather Davis (Anthony), Stacey Rand (Thomas "Doc") and Kristy Perry (Cedric); his siblings, William Osteen and Julie Smith; and his great grandchildren, Raelyn Grace and Remington Claire. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren.
