He is survived by: his children, Daniel F Middleton Jr. and Dana Brownell; his stepdaughters, Maebelle Hudson and Kathy Rifenberg; his siblings, Charles Middleton, Mary Ann Calvert, Joan Banks, Gloria Jean Middleton and Maudie Bacon; and his grandson Colby Brownell. He is also survived by several step- grandchildren, step-great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
