He was predeceased by: his parents, William Pinner and Hazel Long; his stepfather Fred Long; and his siblings, Luther Pinner, Ernest Edmonds, Barbara Wells and Bertha Burns.
He is survived by: his wife Diane Pinner; his children, Charles Pinner, Jr., Brianna Pinner (John Watson) and Crystal Pinner; and his siblings, Cecil Pinner (Rosemary), Betty Ann Beckham, Joyce Pinner and Carol Cline. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and one on the way, numerous nephews, nieces, and other extended family.
