With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carlann R. Pulizzi of Old Town, Florida, who passed away on May 2, 2021 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Karl Jagade and Olga Razkowski; her husband Philip Pulizzi; her son Robert Rapa; her grandson Adam Arling; and her brother Michael Razkowski.
She is survived by: her daughter Tammara Liston of Chiefland, FL; her brother Charles Jagade of Carrabelle, FL; and her nieces, Jennifer Oestriecher (Scott) and Amy Jagade.
In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial donations be made to the March of Dimes or the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
