He is survived by: his wife Rose Dyals; his son Chris Makatura (Jenni); his mother Georgia Lee Dyals; and his siblings, Lewis Dyals (Marilyn), Al Dyals and Judy Gore (Charles). He is also survived by six grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews, and other extended family.
