He was predeceased by: his parents, Julius Campbell and Virginia Campbell; his brother J. W. Campbell; and his son Earl Campbell. He is survived by: his wife Donna; his sons, Wade Jr. (Sherrie), Stephen (Marissa), Perry (Julian) and Adam (Heather); his nephew Bobby Campbell (Cindy); his siblings, Faron Campbell and Magdalene Campbell Benson; and his grandson EJ Campbell. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
