He is survived by: his wife Ellen of Okeechobee; his children, Dewayne Cruse of Richmond, KY, Lavonne Michaels of Richmond, KY, Jeanne Luna of Ft. Pierce, FL, Jason Luna of Okeechobee and Jamie Cruse of Okeechobee; his grandsons, Timothy Cruse, Dustin Cruse, Patrick Cruse and David Michaels; his great grandchildren, Cameron Cruse, Layken Cruse and Haleigh Cruse; and his sister Sylvia Jean of Utah.
