With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sandra Louise Cleaver of Okeechobee, Florida, born in Cumberland, Maryland, who passed away on September 1, 2021 at the age of 71. She was predeceased by: her parent Jessie Franklin Cleaver; and her daughter Elizabeth Reel. She is survived by: her children, John W. Reel (Dominque) of Fisher, WV and Marie Morales of Okeechobee, FL; and her siblings, Freddy Simmons of Chesterfield, VA, Amby Cleaver of Ft. Ashby, WV and Teresa Simmons Crites of Fisher, WV.
