With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rolland Earl Ammons Sr. of Okeechobee, Florida, who passed away on February 9, 2023 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Eldon R. Ammonson; and his brothers, Robert, Raymond and Roger Ammons. He is survived by: his children, Robbin Dawson (Jim) of Okeechobee, Ronnie Ammons (Shanda) of Okeechobee and Randy Ammons of Okeechobee; and his siblings, Richard Ammons of Maryland and Elaine Burdekin of Maryland. He is also survived by five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to a charity of your choice.
