He is survived by: his wife Debbie Branham Lucas; his sons, Christopher Lucas (Bethany Wood) of Midland and Phillip Allen Lucas Jr. (Tonya) of Logan, Utah; his siblings, Jerry Lucas (Sharon) of Ligon, Randall Lucas (Kay) of Detroit, Michigan and Janice Parker (Stephen) of Columbus, Ohio; and his grandchildren, Brandon, Brittnie and Brenna. He is also survived by 6 Great Grandchildren.
