She was predeceased by: her parents, Pauline E. Hann (Folk) and Charles W. Hann; her husband Paul Spisak; and her grandson Larry J. Sargent, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, James (Omar Macias), Carol Sargent (Larry), Mary Seemann and Kathleen Clegg (Jeffrey); her grandchildren, Carrie Ann Sargent (Justin Werbiskis), John Martin, Jr. (Becky), Nicholas (Whitney), Daniel Clegg, Cassandra Kerr (Daniel) and William Seemann; and her great grandchildren, Kaia, Evan Werbiskis, Ulysses, Forrest and Winston Clegg.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Fish Samaritan House.
