Mark Mongillo Obituary

We are sad to announce that on October 24, 2024 we had to say goodbye to Mark Mongillo of Okeechobee, Florida, born in Southington, Connecticut. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Adolph Mongillo and Crystal Mongillo (Davenport); and his brother Vincent Mongillo. He is survived by: his children, Justine Drost (Chuck) and Jeremy Mongillo (Tonia) of Southington; his grandchildren, Christian, Aaliyah, Jacob, Lincoln, Gia, Colton, Ember and Genevieve; his wife Melanie Mongillo; his sisters, Robin Bores (Robert) of Southington and Lynn Bores (Richard) of New Jersey; and his nieces, Rachel, Jessica, Kelly and Jenna.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, October 29th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Plantsville Funeral Home (975 S Main St, Plantsville, CT 06479). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Wednesday, October 30th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St. Aloysius Church (254 Burritt St, Plantsville, CT 06479). A burial was held on Wednesday, October 30th 2024 at the St. Thomas Cemetery (209 Belleview Ave, Southington, CT 06489).
