He is survived by: his wife Bonnie L. Felt; his children, Leroy E. Felt, Jr., Eddie Felt and Cindy Norman; and his stepchildren, Chester Williams Jr., Deano Williams, Kim Savan, Tanya Huggins, Jeremy Smith and Carl Mege.
