He is survived by: his wife Carolyn; his children, Valerie Uhr (David) and David Weda (Jackie); his grandchildren, Kristin Weinzapfel (Stephen), Jonathan, Austin Uhr, Katherine and Benjamin Weda; his great grandchild Samuel Weinzapfel; and his brothers, Jim Weda (Susie) of Atlanta and Richard Weda of Crescent City, California..
