He was predeceased by: his parents, Courtney Ratliff (Corsie) and Nannie Ratliff; his wife Connie Ratliff; his siblings, Chester, Roy, Sam Ratliff, Garnett Leach and Norma Cozine; and his brother-in-law Darrell Keith.
He is survived by: his daughters, Linda Caudill of The Villages, Carolyn Durham of Hamilton and Leslie Adams of Okeechobee, Florida; his grandchildren, Trisha Lay (Katie Shannon) of Beltsville, Mindy Morgan (Maise), Amber Adams (Trey) of Reading and Travis Adams (Yvonne) of Okeechobee, Florida; his great grandchildren, Sierra Durham, Adrian Shaw, Memphis Adams, Layla Hoffman, Nolan Hoffman, Eleanor Shannon-Lay, Lawson Shannon-Lay and Ryder Adams; and his siblings, Mae Ayers (Ray) of Okeechobee, Judy Keith, Marlene Cozine of Nicholasville, Ethel Blevins, Sheila Johns of Danville, Kentucky, Elmer Ratliff (Reecie) of Nicholasville, Kash Ratliff (Cathy) of Okeechobee and Darrell Lykins of Lexington. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and friends.
