She was predeceased by: her parents, Ezra Payne and Pearl Payne; and her siblings, Verma Gattis, Betty Kendig, Troy Payne and Harold Payne.
She is survived by: her husband Sam Shabander; her children, Robert Bittle (Roxanne) of Miami, Kimberly Roberson of Port St, Lucie, Loretta Rose and Lisa Shabander; her siblings, Paul Payne (Judy) of Springdale, AR and Diane Brooks (Mike) of Okeechobee, FL.; and her cousins, Wink, Mutt, Early and Jay.
In lieu of flowers the family has requested donations in Helen's loving memory be forwarded to Freedom Baptist Church, PO Box 2411 Okeechobee, FL. 34973.
