He is survived by: his wife Lori Howard; his children, Kevin, Troy and Miranda (Ben Peterson); his grandsons, Caleb and Cody; his sister Pam (Freddy Westbrook); his niece Allison (Matt Swanson); his sisters, Mary Helen Harmon and Kristy Mayes; and his former wife Marcia.
