He is survived by: his mother Kristine Kim Headley; his wife Tammy Holland; his stepsons, Cecil Berry and Michael Berry; his sister Melisha Bolton (Richard); his niece Kimberly Waldridge of Okeechobee; and his grandmother Patricia L. Ryan.
