He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles W. and Frieda McCullers Brumley, Sr.; his wife Carolyn Blair Brumley; and his great grandchild Elliot William Leach. He is survived by: his son Shane Brumley (Melissa) of Okeechobee; his grandchildren, Jessie Leach (Stephen), Cheyenne Driggers and Justin Edwards; and his great grandchildren, Stephen J Leach, Jr. and Braxton James Saunders. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
