He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert C Gibson and Lois J Gibson; and his sons, Chadwick Gibson and Robert Morgan. He is survived by: his wife Lillian Gibson; and his children, Jocelyn Luzuriaga (Jean), Nicole Hernandez, Jamie Morgan and Nathaniel Morris. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
