She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Kiebach and Beatrice Mae Kiebach (Tribbett); and her great grandchild Devin Cunningham. She is survived by: her husband Phillip Vance Cunningham; her children, Jeffrey Lynn Cunningham of Illinois, Troy Cunningham (Mary) of Peoria and Dawn Spain of Pekin; her grandchildren, Joshua, Katie, Bettiejo, Kacey Cunningham, Kyle Scott, Jamie Ann Spain and Larry McCoy; and her great grandchildren, Mary and Jackson McCoy.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Susan G. Komen.
