He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Gilbert and Elisabeth Pauline Earlywine Toll; his former wife Nettie Jean Toll; his daughter Jodie Ann Toll; and his brothers, Robert Lee and Thomas Allen Toll.
He is survived by: his wife Victoria J. Toll of Nicholasville, KY; his children, Elaina Louise Dennis Sewell of Nicholasville, Wayne A. Sewell of Nicholasville, Bill Dennis (Missy) of Nicholasville and Sherry A. Wand (Brett); his sisters, Mary Ann Toll Wiley and Dorothy Evelyn Smith (Marvin); his grandchildren, Drew Dennis (Katelyn) and Treyc Sewell; and his great grandchildren, Harrison E. Dennis and Everett R. Dennis.
