She was predeceased by: her parents, Minnie Zalessi and Alex Zalessi; her children, Tammy and Joseph Frank; and her brothers, Salvatore DelNostro and Gerald Zalessi.
She is survived by: her husband Frank Dolezal; her children, Joey and Michelle Dolezal Benulis (Steve); her granddaughter Katherine Benulis; her sister-in-law Judi DelNostro; her sister Sandra DelNostro; her niece Sharon Tisza-Mottl (Joe); and her nephews, John Anthony DelNostro (Alex), Frank Dudas (Jenn) and Wally Dudas.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her name to the American Cancer Society.
