It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Patricia W. Charlow (Odessa, Florida), born in Columbia, South Carolina, who passed away on November 7, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Summers Wills and Addie Holt Wills; and her husband Weston Charles Charlow, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Lucinda Montuori (Thomas), Susan Persbacker (Mark), Weston Charlow (Susan) and Angela Robertson; and her brother Joe Denny Wills. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.
