She was predeceased by: her parents, Lee Roy McNeill and Mattie Lucille McNeill; and her husband Buford Alton Roland. She is survived by: her children, Barbara Sekely (Larry), Keith Roland and Bradley Roland; her grandchildren, Jason Sekely and Jessica Sekely; and her brother James McNeill.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks donations to be made in Lue's memory to St Jude's Children's Hospital to support families living with cancer as Lue lost so many to that disease.
