She was predeceased by: her parents, Con Cook and Mae Cook. She is survived by: her daughters, Terri DiPaola (late Elio DiPaola) and Kelli Davis; her granddaughters, Tiffany Fields (Brian), Erin Spears (Mark), Shannon Guex (Emmanuel) and Autumn Davis; and her nieces and nephews, Conda Bates (late Kevin Bates) and Larry Mitchem (late Suzie Mitchem). She is also survived by many other nieces and nephews.
