We are sad to announce that on January 28, 2021, at the age of 82, David C. Frook of Odessa, Florida, born in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Frook and Alice Frook (Orth). He is survived by: his wife Joyita "Joy" Tagliapietra; his children, Tony (Martha), Dave (Ronda) and Tina Smith (Jay); his grandchildren, Anthony, Alec, Vanessa, David (Jess), Ryan, Lauren and Amanda Smith; his great grandchildren, Jase and Easton; and his sister JoAnn Hohler (Jerry). He is also survived by many in-laws, nieces, and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, you are welcome to make a donation to St. Timothy Catholic Church or the charity of your choice.
