He is survived by: his partner Vikki Silverman; his children, Avi Silverman (Mari) of Asheville, NC and Liat "Ishka" Silverman of Asheville, NC; his sisters, Joan Nagy, Susan Ben-Avraham, Nancy Gardosh and Margie Szikzay; and his grandchildren, Sora and Ellory.
Bruce struggled with Alzheimer's disease for the last several years of his life. Donations in Bruce's memory may be made to the Alzheimer's Association or to Congregation Beth Am in Tampa.
