He is survived by: his wife Olive Odene Lavon; his children, Deborah Howell, Michael Lavon, Donna Kundis and Beth Knorr; his brother Robert Lavon; and his grandchildren, Lori Huffman, Christopher Wilson, Travis Wilson, Vernon Howard, Jeanette Parnell, Stephanie Horton and Alicia Adams. He is also survived by sixteen great grandchildren and eight great great grandchildren.
