He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard MacDonald Jr. and Patricia MacDonald (Klein); and his siblings, Michael MacDonald, Margaret MacDonald and Barbara Finnegan (MacDonald).
He is survived by: his wife Kitty; his son Richard MacDonald IV; his grandchildren, Devvon, James, Shawn, Carter, Elleanna, Ian, Ethan and Madison; his niece Sarah; and his nephew Robert.
