He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence E. Heigle and Anna Mae Heigle; and his son Harvey Gene Oliver. He is survived by: his wife Betty Joyce Heigle; his children, Mandy Almanza and Charlie Almanza; his daughter-in-law Sue Oliver; his grandchildren, Gina Cole (J. C.), Ryan Almanza (Mara), Leah Almanza and Garrett Oliver; his great grandchildren, Lexis, Harley and Sadie Cole; and his siblings, Icey Pierce, Fay Harrell, Linda Calvert and Glenda Keoppen. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
