James Marcell Christian Obituary

James Marcell Christian, 51, of Ocoee, FL, passed away Friday, April 15, 2022 at Health Central Hospital. He was born January 10, 1971 in Laurens, SC (South Cakalacky) to James Hubert Christian and Cornelia Johnson.

Marcell moved to Ocoee, FL in 2020 and married Shelly on October 31, 2021. He was a Show Cook for Waffle House for 22 years and had to retire due to a heart condition.

He was an avid motorcycle enthusiast and a Lifelong 81 Supporter.

Marcell is survived by his loving wife, Shelly; one son, Daniel Shanks; two daughters, Amber Wofford and Mariah Christian; four grandchildren; three stepchildren; 26 step-grandchildren; three brothers; and two fur babies, Little Bit and Peanut. He was preceded in death by his mother, Cornelia in 2015, and his nephew Matthew in 2020.
