She was predeceased by: her husband James Kennedy; her parents, Hubert Addington and Pearl Addington; and her brother Howard Addington. She is survived by: her children, Viki Givens of Lakeland, Sharon Ann Streit of Clermont, Jimmy Kennedy of Naples and John Kennedy of Cantonment; and her brother Bill Addington of Tallahassee. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.
Helen fought the the terrible disease of Alzheimer's which robs one of everything, including your dignity and personality.
