He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Thomas "Shotgun" and Molly Ann Ueltschy (Davis); his grandparents, Gertrude and Karl Griest; and his uncle Rusty.
He is survived by: his siblings, Lori A. Burdette (David), Kara M. Lankford, Michael T. Ueltschy (Jessica), Matthew D. Ueltschy (Julie) and Molly Ann Johnson-Parrish (Brian); his nieces and nephews, Angelica, Isabella, Ian, Mason, Nicole Villwock (Kenneth), Justin Willis, Andrew Willis, Stephanie Lankford, Greyson Gomez-Lankford (Destiny), Logan Ueltschy, Ethan Ross, Brandon Ross, Jordan Ueltschy (Macey), Mitchell Ueltschy and Mackenzi Ueltschy; his great-niece Kari; his aunts and uncles, John, Midge Brainerd and Karla; and his friend Billy Hilliker. He is also survived by Grandison; numerous cousins.
