She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Wolfe and Frieda Wolfe; her husband Robert Sasse; her daughter Gail; and her siblings, Ina Pearl, Nelda and Lloyd.
She is survived by: her children, Kenneth (Patricia), Paul and Judy (A. J.). She is also survived by nine grandchildren, and seven great grandchildren.
