She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Ruby Tubb and Grover Tubb; her husband Gene Joiner (Power) of Florida; her son Charlie (Theresa); her grandchildren, Matthew, Nick and April; and her great grandchildren, Isla, Elizabeth, Elba and Hazel.
In lieu of flowers, the family is asking for donations to be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
