She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Gordon Sanders and Edna Higgimbotham; her husband Curtis Hopper; and her brother Tommie Sanders, Sr.. She is survived by: her siblings, Mable Watson and Kelly Sanders (Jeannie); and her children, Michael D. Hopper (Anna) and Tammy C. Gillingham (Michael). She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren, 1 great great grandchild and many nieces and nephews.
