She was predeceased by: her husband Thomas E. Stout; and her siblings, Charles Tabor, Betty Lazarus, Oliver Tabor Jr. and James Tabor.

She is survived by: her children, Jeff Stout (Stacie) of Ohio and Deanna "DeDee" Wiggins (Jason) of Longwood; her grandchildren, Taylor, Jeremy, Justin, Kayla and Blake; and her great grandchildren, Sawyer and Silas.

In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to The American Cancer Society.
