He is survived by: his mother Brandy McDonald (Vizard); his stepfather Michael McDonald of Southbridge, MA; his brothers, Tyler Phillips and Jace Phillips; his father Daren Phillips; his cousin Corey Vizard (Mary Vizard); his grandmother Elizabeth Vizard; his aunts, Stephanie Hadley (Peter Hadley) and Debra Ackley; his cousin Colton Ackley; his grandparents, Glenn and Sharon McDonald; his stepsister Adrianna Hubert; his stepmother Pamela Phillips; his niece Savannah Phillips; and his grandparents, Stephen H. Vizard, Eldred and Thelma Phillips.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the ASPCA in Dustin's name, in honor of his love for animals and his babies Bella and Bentley who he loved deeply.
