He was predeceased by: his parents, Perrie Mauck and Lucille Mauck; his daughters, Vicky Mauck and Sueanna Rodgers; his sister Nancy Perkins; and his granddaughter Amanda Johns.

He is survived by: his wife Gail Mauck; his children, Linda Johns of Georgia, Gary Presti of Georgia, Tony Mauck of Ocala, FL, Scott Mauck of Ocala, FL, Shawn Rodgers of Ohio, Jimmy Rodgers of Ocklawaha, FL and Tina Sacauskas of Ocklawaha, FL; and his sister-in-law Lynn Rogers of Lake Panasoffkee, FL.. He is also survived by numerous nieces, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
