He was predeceased by: his mother Carolyn Barnhart; and his brother Matt Miller. He is survived by: his wife Christina Miller; his children, Bella Miller, Victoria Miller, Ashley Cox and Daniel Miller, Jr.; his father Daniel Earnest Miller; and his siblings, Greg Miller and Mary Colburn.
