She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernestine Bell and Mavin Bell; and her sisters, Debbie Powell and Pat Larramore. She is survived by: her husband Gene L. Harvey, Jr.; her son Travis Harvey (Casey); her sister Cathy Crawford (Gene); and her siblings-in-law, Terry Manning (Robert) and Robert Harvey (Debbie). She is also survived by one granddaughter, three grandsons.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of your choice in Cindy's name.
