He is survived by: his wife Linda Sue Fore; his children, Justin Fore, Caleb Fore, Nathan Avery Fore (Eva), Sandra Jones and Brenda Lee Ladd (Sammy); and his brothers, Phillip Fore (Joy) and Paul Fore (Margaret). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren.
