She was predeceased by: her husband Ruben J. Sumner; and her daughter Carlene Sumner. She is survived by: her children, Anthony Starnes (Myrtle), Cynthia A. Saylor (Charles), Lorraine Colston (Sammy) and Charlotte Allen; and her grandchildren, Carissa Lee, Danny Starnes, Miranda Neill, Corey Neill, Darrell Saylor, Shawn Saylor, Milisa Quinlan, Lori Crawford, Steven Stinson, Kenny Stinson, Kyle Allen and Priscilla Allen.
